We measure ourselves by the cases you never have to fight.

Most HR and compliance providers advertise what they'll do when something goes wrong. We build so that nothing does.

Here's what that actually means in practice.

Under the Labor Code (Arts. 294–299), a termination done without the two-notice rule and just or authorized cause isn't just a bad decision — it's illegal dismissal, with back wages, reinstatement, and damages on the table at the NLRC.

Under RA 10173 and NPC Circular 2022-04, mishandled employee data isn't a PR problem — it's a Data Privacy Act violation with administrative and, in some cases, criminal liability attached.

Under RA 11199, RA 7875, and RA 9679, unremitted SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions aren't oversights — they're statutory violations that can expose company officers personally, not just the business.

None of this is theoretical. It's the baseline exposure every employer in the Philippines carries the moment they have a single employee on payroll.
The market usually sells compliance as a story — a dashboard, a badge, a claim that "we're compliant." We built Aleph and Hireyoo around a different premise: compliance isn't something you say. It's something you can retrieve, on demand, in the exact format an inspector, a labor arbiter, or a data privacy complainant would require.

That means every termination has its two notices on file before it's executed. Every data process has its consent and retention basis documented before it's run. Every contribution is remitted and reconciled before it's due — not caught up after a demand letter arrives.

The businesses we work with don't measure our value by the crises we've resolved. They measure it by the ones that never had the chance to start. No case, no complaint, no exposure — because the structure was already there when it mattered.

That's not a dramatic story. It's a quiet one. It's also the only kind of compliance that actually holds up.

Aleph Talent Solutions. Hireyoo. Structure creates stability.
