WE MADE IT TO COHORT 2.

This one feels different.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Hireyoo has been accepted into Cohort 2 of the LVLUP Ventures x Zendesk 6-Week CX Innovation Challenge.

When we applied, we knew it was competitive. We were seeing roughly 300 applications coming in per week, and only 15 founders were selected for this cohort.

We’re one of them.

And yes, we’re celebrating.

But more than the acceptance itself, I’m excited about what this means for Hireyoo.

We’re building something that has always been a little stubborn in its philosophy:

Compliance should be inside the software, not something businesses have to manage around it.

Traditional HR software can manage employees, leave, timesheets, payroll and records. Those things matter.

But Philippine businesses operate in a regulatory environment where getting something wrong can mean much more than an annoying system error.

It can mean exposure.

That’s why we’re building Hireyoo as compliance-native HR technology — with Philippine labor law, statutory requirements, documentation, workflows and evidence built into the product.

This program gives us another opportunity to make Hireyoo better: to understand customer experience more deeply, build smarter systems, and turn technology into something that genuinely reduces the operational burden on Philippine businesses.

We’ve spent years working in Philippine HR, payroll, recruitment, EOR, PEO and compliance.

We know the problems because we’ve been on the operational side of them.

Now we’re building the technology to solve them.

So this isn't just another accelerator badge for us.

It’s validation. It’s learning. It’s pressure-testing the product. And it’s another step toward building something we believe Philippine businesses actually need.

Thank you to LVLUP Ventures and Zendesk for the opportunity, and to everyone who has supported us, challenged us, and believed in what we're building.

Cohort 2. Let's build.

And if you're a Philippine MSME and statutory compliance is still something you handle around your software instead of inside it — we'd love to have you on the Hireyoo waitlist.
