Demand for senior leadership hires in the Philippines isn't slowing down — it's concentrating. Our search and TaaS pipeline through Q1–Q2 2026 shows CFO/Finance Director mandates leading at 22% of senior searches, followed by Country Manager/GM roles at 18%. The driver isn't growth alone — it's compliance load. BIR/SEC reporting complexity and PEZA/BOI entity obligations are pushing finance and country leadership to the top of the hiring queue.

On comp: base salaries for these roles range from PHP 300,000 to PHP 850,000 monthly depending on function and seniority — but that's before the 12–15% employer-side loading for statutory contributions under RA 11199, RA 7875, and RA 9679. Firms that quote total cost of employment without that loading are the ones whose invoices surprise clients in month three.

And passive candidates aren't chasing comp first. 68% cite mandate clarity as their top decision factor. 71% won't proceed without a confirmed reporting line. The market isn't short on candidates — it's short on partners who can document a search the way a board expects, not just describe it.
