**Dear Employers, Job Hunting in the Philippines Is Already Hard Enough. Please Don't Make It Harder.**

Imagine being unemployed, running low on savings, and trying to find work.

You spend hours looking for openings, only to find vague job descriptions, undisclosed salaries, and entry-level positions requiring five years of experience. Apparently, we're hiring fresh graduates with the experience of department heads now. 😂

Then comes the interview.

You scrape together money for transportation and food. You brave the traffic, the heat, or the rain. You arrive early, only to spend practically the entire day waiting for interviews that could have been conducted online.

And after all that?

**Silence. Absolutely nothing.**

No feedback. No updates. Not even a polite rejection.

Worse, some applicants encounter recruiters and hiring managers who confuse interviewing with exercising authority. Unnecessary hoops, irrelevant personal questions, condescending attitudes, and endless assessments that don't actually predict job performance.

**Recruitment is a business process, not a power trip.**

The pandemic proved that many hiring activities can be conducted remotely. Yet some companies still insist on multiple on-site interviews without considering transportation costs, lost wages, traffic, unpredictable weather, and the applicant's circumstances.

And then employers wonder why candidates withdraw, ghost interviews, or accept other offers.

Candidate experience is not a luxury. It is a reflection of how your organization treats people before they even join.

At **Aleph Talent Solutions Corporation**, we believe recruitment should be structured, efficient, transparent, and respectful of everyone's time.

Clear job descriptions. Realistic salary ranges. Relevant assessments. Reasonable timelines. Professional interviews. Timely communication.

None of these should be revolutionary. They're basic professional standards.

**Applicants are not asking for special treatment. They're asking for a fair opportunity and basic respect.**

And remember: candidates are evaluating your company, too.
