Contracts, Documentation Matter

A handshake is not a contract. A verbal agreement is not a contract. A "sige okay" on Viber is not a contract.

A contract is the document you wish you had when everything falls apart.

In this country we avoid written agreements because asking for one feels like we don't trust the person. But the relationship is exactly why you need the contract. Six months from now, you and the other party will remember the arrangement differently. The contract is the only thing that ends that conversation in under five minutes.

No contract means the dispute isn't about facts. It's about whose version of events is more believable.

DOLE doesn't care how much you trusted someone. NLRC doesn't care how long you worked together. They care what was written down, signed, and dated.

Your employees deserve clarity on what they're being paid, what's expected, and what their rights are. Your business deserves the same protection. That's not bureaucracy. That's basic operational hygiene.

At Aleph Talent Solutions, employment contracts, HR documentation, and labor compliance are what we do — for businesses that can't afford to find out the hard way what missing paperwork costs.

12 years. 111+ client companies. We've seen what happens without the paper trail. Don't be that story.
