There's a sea of generic HRIS platforms. Most of them are laggy too.

Dashboards that take four clicks to load a single employee record. "Compliance modules" that are really just a PDF upload field with a label on it. Systems built for a US or Singapore market, then reskinned with a peso sign and called "Philippine-ready."

Being influence-adjacent doesn't make you influential. And being adjacent to compliance doesn't make a platform compliance-native.

Most HRIS tools in this market were not built around Philippine labor law. They were built around a generic HR workflow, then patched to accommodate Philippine labor law after the fact. That's the difference between a system built on the statute and a system that bolted the statute on.

Hireyoo was built the other way around.

Not a generic performance management tool with a Philippine skin.

A compliance-native vertical SaaS, structured from the ground up around:
Labor Code Arts. 294–299 (security of tenure, just cause, due process)
RA 11199, RA 7875, RA 9679 (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
PD 851 (13th month computation)
RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act — because employee performance data is sensitive personal information, not a spreadsheet column)

Performance management, in most platforms, is a feature. In Hireyoo, it's infrastructure — because the moment performance data touches termination, discipline, or non-renewal, it stops being HR convenience and starts being legal exposure if it isn't documented correctly.
That's the gap. Not enough tools are asking "will this hold up if DOLE asks for the paper trail" — they're asking "does this look good on a demo call."

Hireyoo was selected into LvlUp Labs from 300+ global applicants — not for the interface. For the infrastructure underneath it.

We're opening the waitlist.

If you're managing performance, discipline, or documentation for a Philippine workforce and you're tired of laggy dashboards that weren't built for your legal reality — get on the list.
