Hireyoo is NOT an HRIS

We're not building an HRIS.

Here's what that even means.

An HRIS stores records — headcount, pay, leave balances. That's not the hard part of Philippine HR. The hard part is what happens around those records.

Some numbers:

→ 44% of NLRC cases stem from procedural non-compliance — skipping the twin-notice process (NTE → NDA), not the termination itself.

→ Unremitted SSS contributions carry criminal liability. Not a fine. Criminal.

→ SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR each run different deadlines and computation rules. A generic tool just runs the numbers you feed it.

→ 1.07M+ registered PH corporations exist today. Most still run with no dedicated HR software underneath them.

→ Global platforms like Workday and BambooHR price at ₱33K–39K per employee, per month — and were never built with DOLE or NLRC in the room.

An HRIS is a filing cabinet with a login screen. It has no opinion on whether your termination holds up at the NLRC, or whether this cycle's SSS remittance exposes you criminally. It just stores what you tell it.

Hireyoo is built the other way. Compliance isn't a module — it's underneath every workflow: contract templates, the twin-notice generator, remittance rate tables, the regularization tracker. Twelve years of Aleph Talent Solutions running this by hand — 5,000+ hires, real NLRC cases, real 13th-month math checked twice because a wrong number means someone's rent doesn't get paid — is what's encoded into it.

So no, we're not building another place to store employee records.

We're building the thing that makes sure those records hold up — to DOLE, to the NLRC, to the employee whose pay depends on getting it right.

That's the line. Everything else is just features.
