Monthly, prepaid engagements with a minimum term. Aleph provides ongoing recruitment, HR, or people operations support based on an agreed scope.

Per-head monthly fees covering compliant employment, payroll, statutory contributions, and documentation

Monthly or quarterly prepaid advisory support focused on labor compliance, contracts, and policy alignment.

Requires a ₱15,000 engagement bond before work begins. The bond is credited toward fees if the engagement proceeds.
