WHAT PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU HAVE?
We understand business and the importance of cash flow. We can be flexible with terms.
We typically do 15 days, but can adjust to 30 to 45 days depending on client request.

For business or HR consulting, however, a 50% downpayment is required before project commencement.
WHEN DO YOU SEND INVOICE?
We send billing invoice on Day One of the hire with you. If the hire does not show up, we will not bill and will start sourcing for a replacement hire ASAP.

We only send billing invoice if and when you have a hire and the hire actually shows up.
​
For business and HR consulting, we send invoice before project commencement; and monthly after that depending on the duration of the project.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONSÂ FOR HIRE REPLACEMENT?
We will replace a hire if and when he or she resigns or quits within six (6) months unless there is;
A change in assignment, job description, or location.
A deviation from or variance in job responsibilities, functions, and assignments previously agreed upon.
