The Good and Bad of Interviews...
A lot of people fail at interviews no matter how good their resumes are, because they do so badly at answering interviews.
Whether it's your resume or your interview, it's always important to give solid examples and quantify. It's not enough to say you implemented improvements in the process. Mention how. How much did you lessen mistakes or variances in percentage? How many calls did you take at what average handling time per day?
During interviews as well, it's not enough to give conceptual answers. Cite clear examples of situations, what you had to do, what actions you took, and what the results were. This gives your interviewers an insight on your thinking process and values.
Hope this helps.
